BEC WC format?

I haven’t seen it in any of the samples I’ve looked at or SIMS i’ve done, but is it neccessary to put a salutation (Dear Client, etc) and a closing (Regards, John Smith, etc) on the BEC written part? And to confirm, is the structure just your typical business letter type thing of Intro (with keywords repeated), body (with paragraph for each point made), and summary (rehash of content, recommendation, and repeating keywords)?

    Thanks!

The salutation and regarding are already entered for you. I don't think the closing matters, I usually put sincerely, and the name portion I use whatever title they assigned me (I.e., controller, accounting manager). I have also left it off all together and it probably didn't make a difference.

Lol. I noticed that too. I don't want to be the only one giving you advice! I feel that I have particularly relevant information regarding BEC since I just took it. I hate seeing posts go unanswered, but I hate feeling like I am a know-it-all or hoarding a topic!
