I was wondering if someone can share an experience using the Authoritative Literature effectively. Perhaps you could walk us through an example. Just want to reassure myself I know how to actually use the damn thing. Thanks in advance!

for FAR? go to http://www.fasb.org and register for the free browse access. you can not search for free but you can see everything and how it is laid out. i also suggest that you take the AICPA practice exam for FAR and in the sims you will see how the exam will be presented and how the AL is made available and used for the sims.

it requires windows and internet explorer and will take about 30 minutes to do. both of these are well worth your time.
