So I took audit this quarter for the 3rd time and felt like I knew everything going in. I felt decent about the sims even though I thought they were the hardest out of all the tests I’ve taken so far, including FAR. Now that I am thinking back to it, I feel like I lost points on some sims due to how detailed they were. Like most of the sims had FAR concepts combined with audit. I knew all of the concepts but there were just way too many details and concepts folded into one sim to get all points. I know I did well on the MCQ and got both research questions right along with most points on sims but I am killing myself about it..

sorry for the vent guys, any similar stories? (hopefully people who passed?)

I can't really help you feel better, but I can commiserate. I took REG last month and felt the same way. I kept thinking about the SIMs and how I might have messed them up. I even talked to my boss about one of them and he felt like I probably answered it correctly. I feel like I did ok, but I'm just not really sure if I did ok enough to get a 75.

AUD was my nemesis until the last window and I swear if I lose the credit before I pass the other 2 then I will give up on the exams, but I'm REALLY hoping that won't be a problem.

I totally agree. I don't think I could have done anything more with this retake. I felt the sims were ridiculous but knew how to do most of all of it despite their difficulty. I felt like I could have lost points because it was impossible to be thorough but based off what everyone is saying, everyone thought it was impossible. I'm just curious as to what they are doing with the audit exam because it was 75% easier in Q3..not sure if they're trying to drive down the passing rates or what…

I felt this same way after passing FAR and REG too. The waiting game just sucks and I want to be done with this exam before busy season
