So I talked about it before but I have a different situation right now where I’m not sure I should risk a failed test in the Quarter or play it safe and pass the one I know I would be able to and just throw $175 down the toilet.

Trying to decide between AUD or FAR (NTS expires 4/8/17- and there is no way I’m taking it in APR- where I would have to put myself through 10 weeks of psychological torture) next for 1st Quarter? I already took AUD and am confident I can pass it the 2nd time if I get all the way through the material. (well as long as the DRS isn’t too many pts..)

My sitch: took AUD middle of Nov when I knew I wasn’t ready because of **don’t ask*** and I was tired of rescheduling anyway. I got ¾ the way the material with Roger and ½ way through Ninja. The funny thing is that the only one I walked out feeling okay about.

So I got my NTS for AUD already but I pretty much have stopped all studying for because I started working again but it will be tax season soon… Right now I have scheduled AUD for 1/29/17 and FAR for 3/5/17. I’m thinking about switching it around though and taking FAR ready or not on 3/5/17 but I’d rather have more of a fighting chance.

Costs I’m looking at: (my course access for Roger expires 2/6/17)
    1. $295 FAR CRAM- ROGER
    2. $175+ FAR exam (NTS expires 4/8/17)
    3. Other costs: Might fail again +175

So I keep changing mind between having another exam passed before Summer or hedging by bets with FAR. That however will mean I will have to purchase AUD CRAM or just using Ninja. I mean I guess I can technically take the exam when I have no idea what is going on but I feel that’s a different cost I’m losing.

    So my plan is either:
    1. AUD: 1/29
    2. FAR: 3/5 prob summer (I doubt I’m going to get luck)
    Or

FAR 3/5* and stop studying until May and then:
    1. Study FAR: *April, May, June, take beg July*
    2. Study AUD: July*
