For the following question….I am not following at all, I just read the standard and it makes it seem that you just can’t delete anything AFTER the DOCUMENTATION COMPLETE date, not the report release date.
What am I missing?
In relation to audit documentation, after the report release date:
A. additions may be made. — CORRECT ANSWER
B. deletions may be made.
C. documents may be discarded.
D. All of the answer choices are correct.
Additions may be made to the audit documentation after the report release date. Deletions and discarding are not allowed after this day. Any documentation added must indicate the date the information was added, the name of the person who prepared the additional documentation, and the reason for adding it.
Prior to the report release date, a complete and final set of audit documentation should be assembled not more than 45 days after the report release date. This question is asking for additions not deletions and there is no set days standard.
