“I have your mcq and notes for reg. What would you suggest I do after I have done so many mcq that I've memorized the answers? I'm not there yet but I'll probably be there by next week. I'm taking the test on May 31. Also how should I prepare for the Document review? Thanks.”
Whenever people have a crazy-high trending score, but fail in the 60s, it's almost always due to the fact that they did so many MCQ that they memorized the answers, which is obviously dangerous. If you've done that many MCQ…I don't see the benefit in sitting around doing MCQ for another month – I would consider re-scheduling to two weeks sooner. Only you know if that makes sense. For the Doc review…the AICPA has a sample exam with a DRS in it at aicpa.org that I would practice. You can't really prepare for each and every doc review – you just need to know how to work through them and what you'll be facing on exam day.

“I will take REG on 23rd May using Gleim material, so far I finished 50% of the REG material (tax) and I am taking leave starting from today for final review and completing the remaining topics, but I feel overwhelmed due to the huge numbers of formula and rules in Tax!
for the remaining material still, I did not review and I need your advice for time management and topic to focus since I start to use the test preparation on study mode multiple questions to gain the time by practice and reading the topics!”
I would spend a week going through the rest of REG and doing it right – getting the material the appropriate amount of attention. If you skim it – you'll likely fail. It's very tempting to think business law isn't a big deal and kind of “cram” it. It IS a big deal.
Spend your final two weeks on your review doing MCQ (week 1) – you still have all of those business law MCQ to work and also the Tax MCQ. The final week is a mix of finishing your MCQ and then reviewing, starting with your weakest topics and moving backwards.

“I failed audit many times… do I start the mc from scratch or from where I left off.”
With any failure – big or small – start from scratch – start everything from scratch. Always.

“Plugging away at Ninja MCQs for AUD. I'm just getting myself confused w/the breakdown for the topics as they relate to the new exam.
It seems clear where Professional Responsibilities falls in the new breakdown, but the other 5 are less clear to me. Is there a listing for how the 6 areas from the prior exam are combined into the now 4 new areas, so I can better evaluate my scores and needs for improvement in the Ninja MCQ platform?”
Topically – you can still pinpoint your weak areas simply by seeing which sub-topics you're weak on. The Blueprints consolidated the material, but the topics are still the same. If you're weak on Audit Sampling – you're weak on that topic, regardless of how it fits into the blueprint. Same with Audit Reports, etc.

“I am just starting this CPA exam journey and I Have 2011 CPA Excel review books should I use these to start studying??”
It's too bad that it's getting warmer because those 2011 books (written in late 2010) would make excellent fire kindling 🙂
Toss them – get brand new materials. The CPA Exam is too expensive in terms of both time and money to use old materials.
Here is a plug for NINJA materials (free demos) 🙂 https://www.another71.com/cpa-exam-study-plan/

“any word on mcq's that aren't being tested will be removed from the pool?”
Still working on it…I hear ya.

“I am planning to take FAR for the first time on May 31st however due to study time constraints I may not pass. If I take FAR again in July and come later to find out that I passed May 31st exam but failed the one in July, will the failing July score override the May 31st or will AICPA give credit for the passing score despite exam ordering? I passed REG & BEC and am waiting on score for AUD that I took in back in April. I plan to get licensed in NY state. Thanks!”
I'm 99% certain that you can't get a new NTS for a section while you have a score pending for that section. Taking it early July might be a good plan.
