If so, can you direct me to any good resources? I understand the theoretical teachings in Becker, etc.; however, we use it at my place of employ and I’m wanting to get a better understanding. Recently, we had a LIFO reversal (meaning we picked up income) and still had an increment (did not eat into a LIFO layer) but did experience falling prices. I am seeking resources on dollar value LIFO aka double extension LIFO to get a much better grasp and in depth understanding of how it works.
