Im ok with the concept of understanding cogs/ending inventory for period of rising prices for FIFO / LIFO. but when it comes up in a MCQ to get LIFO in a perpetual with a table of figures i can’t wrap my head around it and am struggling. does anyone recommend any sims on ninja MCQ to do or any problems online that they know of that can help me with this? again, i get the conceptual of rising prices and cogs/ending inventory, but the quantitative aspect of it I’m very confused.

this is a chapter solution set from a very old edition of Kieso Intermediate accounting book for the Inventories chapter. It has several problems with inventory valuations using different methods in it with the answers worked out at the end.
It is an old edition and some treatments have changed so be careful.

have you tried youtubing it big guy? although i havent seen his LIFO stuff, people swear by the accounting instruction from professor allen mursau. but be careful, its pretty much useless unless you actually click on it and watch it 😉
