Hi Cpa1sstry. I used Becker too, and if I remember correctly, all of the formats you needed to learn were printed as examples in A1 and A2.
-Unmodified audit report: A1
-Qualified, adverse, and disclaimer audit reports: A1
-Reviews: A2
-Complilations: A2
-Examinations: A2
Also, I don't want to violate any disclosure rules, but you may need to know the format of the reports. Everyone's test is different and Amor D says that she didn't need to know formatting, but I needed to know formatting for mine.
When I prepared for my test, I read the reports EVERY time I came accross them in the book. If you are watching video lecture, stop the video and read it for yourself. If you read it several times over the weeks that you study, you'll become familiar with it. A lot of the audit exam requires memorization. To memorize some of the other concepts of the Becker book, I made homemade flash cards to help with memorization. And I created my own mnemonics too. Good luck!
Also as you study, check out the glossary in the back of the book. Looking up key terms that you aren't familiar with will help you pass.
Motivated by JC. I do it to make God proud.
