I re-applied to California CBA on December 10th and still have not heard back from them. I know they take forever but this is ridiculous!
Seriously, good luck to any of us in California who take a test on Q2. Since we ALL will have to wait till August for our results, just imagine how long it will take them to process applications once every single person who failed in Q2 submits their application around the same time.

Yes. The process we have to go through is beyond stupid. I don't understand why they can't automate this process more, at least for the retakers. No, print out this form, write a check, mail it to us. Wait a month or more, okay now you can pay someone else to get a code to register.

I have REG I'm studying for scheduled March 10 but I want to get a AUD retake in this window. Thankfully I didn't start reviewing AUD after I got my score in December thinking I'd be able to retake it early then start studying for REG. Now I have to take a break in the middle REG if they ever decide to approve my application so I can review for an AUD retake.

I'm already anticipating Q2 being a mess if I have to retake one or both these exams.

The CA process is by far the dumbest application process I've ever encountered. Takes forever.

I am also taking REG on March 10th but haven't even started studying so it might not happen. I kinda wanted to get AUD out of the way before starting to study for REG but it looks like I won't be able to take AUD anytime soon.

Haha, at least we'll get a fast response even if we still wait for our application to be processed.

Ah, looks like the CBA finally decided to approve my application as I just got the approval email. Now let's hope NASBA doesn't take as long.

I'm taking REG on Mar 7. I'm going to start studying for it after my BEC test on Jan 13.

Trying to finish before the new exam in April.

CPYay: Me too but I'm honestly afraid that will happen. I plan on taking AUD around the 16th (if the day is available) so that would leave me less than 8 weeks to study for REG. While I feel that I would be able to understand the material a little bit easier than the other sections, I just don't know that 8 weeks are enough; specially with busy tax/audit season upon us.

Yeah I understand that. I'm in industry and barely have time to study as-is. I can't imagine the insanity of public, especially this time of year.
