    Is it cause the site is overwhelmed? I cannot get the my.scores page to load, it just loads a blank page. I finally got in for a second and then it didn’t load my score cause it froze …

    Same boat 🙁 and yes its gotta be that the site is overwhelmed. I mean we are essentially doing a dns attack except we are actual users of the site. ag…. so frustrated!!

    The ID is on your NTS. It's just kind of ridiculous that after waiting months and months the site crashes and cannot handle this many requests.

    Yep. Every time. Last session I got in a couple hours after scores were released.

    Exam Section ID is the Section ID on your NTS

    @eas0014 the exam section ID is the number on your NTS/the number you used to login to the exam at the testing center

    No its the same number you had to type in to start your exam. its a 7 digit number

    Oh… I don't think I have that… Where can I find that? I was given that number at the testing site. I remember writing that down on a scratch sheet of paper and I had to return that number when leaving the test site.

    lol you weren't given it….It's on your nts that you brought to the center.

    At least in my experience prometric staff never has your launch code.
