i’m getting confused now.
they don’t answer the phone and the website directs us to email for a request an extension.
so, i emailed and received automated email reply saying,

i know NASBA recommended all state boards to extend for NTS and credit expiring
Should i just resend since they said email back after reviewing CBA website (which asked us to send request… what?!) ?
anyone who contacted CBA and experienced same or different responses from them??
