I’m seriously getting burnt out reading this FAR ninja book lol.

How can anyone possibly remember all this.

Can reading ninja notes/copying ninja notes, listening to audio, and practicing MCQ and reading the explanations given on each MCQ be enough?

Imo, no. To me this takes dedication like going to class in college. I used Wiley & Becker videos, made my own flash cards (I wasn't paying $300 for index cards. I made my own, like 200 per exam for topics I struggled with), read the book, went online to review tax returns, etc. For FAR, i had to tackle things in sections. Financial statements, journal entries, formulas.

I know you're burned out, but just stick with it! Everyone's situation is different. I see people on here with a spouse & kids, I had a full-time job & had to study after work, failed, re-takes…..people have all kinds of things happening. I believe anyone can do it, the main thing is UNDERSTANDING the material. Memorizing is like maybe 20%, but the other 80%, you have to able to apply what is taught in order to pass.

STICK WITH IT, YOU CAN DO IT!!!

I couldn't do it like that… The key is to know the concepts well enough where if you see a question you have never seen before, you can still figure it out… I have to listen to lectures, read the book, make notes, review. Otherwise it doesn't stick:)

Not reading has not helped me at all, like anyatver said, it just didn't stick. I tried mcq and notes. but when I saw questions I was not familiar with I struggled and lost interest in studying, on top of running my business and dealing with family. Understanding the concepts is the point, so I would stick it out with the book, and throw in the mcq's and notes. I would not do book and videos, but it really depends on what kind of time you have. Some of these review courses are over kill with information, but I think Ninja get to the point. Far is huge in information and studying it will take time. Unfortunately, I haven't found any passing short cuts. If anyone has found some passing short cuts please jump in :-).

I passed FAR using nothing but the MCQ provided on cpareviewforfree. Now before you get excited, I had well over 20 years experience as a general ledger accountant and almost everything except govt and nfp was what I did on a daily basis.

For AUD that I had no experience, I needed the Wiley Book the Ninja notes, audio and three test banks to finally pass on my 3rd try.
