Anybody Having Technical Difficulty with Roger?

    I either cannot get on roger’s website, get on it and then log in and get redirected to a blank screen, or watch a video or two and then randomly get booted off to this blank white scree. This started last night before their scheduled site maintenance and has happened about 10 times or so today.

    Somebody else in my office was having the issue, so I was wondering if it was our internet connection. It is also happening on my PC at home, so that got me curious if it was affecting anybody else.

    Okay, I'm glad it's not just me. I have been having the same issues the past couple of nights. In fact, I just left a calm (but stern) voicemail for their customer service explaining the issue and how I didn't fork over several hundred bucks to not be able to utilize the course. Just as I was thinking I might finish the Corporate Taxation chapter lectures before calling it quits for the night…

    They are generally terrible at first reacting to problems with the site or responding to customer feedback on issues they are having. But once they do respond, they are usually pretty helpful. I tried calling today and didn't reach anybody, and also tried to get in touch with them on Twitter but to no avail.

    Yeah I've been experiencing issues since last night. The site came up for a brief second but I wasn't even able to log in. I left them a message on FB messenger telling them I'm approaching 2 weeks until my FAR exam date so they need to get this figured out…

    @LonelyRonPaul – I'm sure if you and I (and Michael) are complaining, then they are getting a boatload of complaints from others, as well.

    @Michael – I used Roger in the past and never had these issues before, so this is all new to me. I'm beginning to think I should've just forked up extra $$$ for the USB stick lectures. Don't have to worry about a website crapping out on you.

    Very annoying. I forked over the extra money for flash drive cram for REG, but couldn't get it to work on any of my computers so they had to give me internet access anyway haha. Definitely a lot of money going to them to be having these kind of issues. They've had a lot more issues within the last year or so since they changed the format of the site.

    UPDATE: I got a response within 20 minutes of complaining to them on Facebook. The Web Development team is aware and working on it, they'll let me know when its back up. I know that's a typical response to be expected from them but the fact they were so quick to respond tells me that they have been receiving a boatload of complaints tonight from angry customers like myself. Hopefully, this all gets resolved by tomorrow night when I get back at it.

    I would say I have generally been disappointed at Rogers..Though his lectures are good the bugs on the website have been tiresome as well as customer support lacking. Seems like he has your money and now doesnt care.

    A huge gripe of mine is you cant do random questions on the MCQ..if I select 50 questions on 5 different areas..Ill get 40 in one area and 10 another then nothing from 3-5

    If I could have done it again I would have went with Ninja and Wiley I suppose. to save the money. Though for his entire package its not too bad.

    Rogers a great teacher on some subjects but TERRIBLE on others..on the tide in oc and roger is cut like a v are great..and very helpful but his lectures on pensions are AWFUL..Pension I understood going into the review then after his drivel for hours am lost on them and will have to go back and re-teach myself again. A-Spider is just dumb.

    Governmental was pretty bad too luckily I had a class in it..the I-PIPE a LOT is dumb..Ninjas GSP-CD is a lot easier to remember.

    I haven't been on the site regularly, but I remember logging on a couple days ago and seeing a message that they would be down for a few hours doing some kind of maintenance. Maybe there were some lingering issues from whatever they were doing. Once I finish reading the book and going through the lectures I stick with Ninja MCQ for most of my review. I agree with amohr23cubs about doing random questions and only having the same section keep coming up for most of them. Ninja does a better job at mixing them up.
