Took exam today. On top of a headache after every exam, I get awful leg aches. I don’t know if it’s from dehydration or sitting down for 4 hours straight but I don’t get them when I’m at home and studying for extensive periods lol.

Sounds like dehydration to me, as well the pressure and perhaps some adrenaline mixed it.
You might try having a banana the night or morning before an exam.
The headaches are probably tension headaches. All completely normal.
I would typically target to be slightly dehydrated for the exam so I would not have to urgently pee. I'd drink a small gatorade on the breaks for the hydration and electrolytes.
