All 4 parts in 3 months?

    Hello all!
Has anyone here used the RogerCPA 3 month study plan? I chatted with their customer service about it, and confirmed that people like me who work 45+ hours a week would be able to stick to the schedule. They said it’s doable if you sleep only six hours a night, and do nothing outside of work except study. LOL
My intent was to modify it a little bit, and take REG AUD & FAR by May 27. Then take the month of June off, and take BEC in late July.
I’m scheduled for REG on April 3 – but I don’t think I’m ready. I’ve barely cracked into taxation MCQ, haven’t started TBS, and haven’t even looked at business law yet. I am literally having nightmares about failing the test – ha ha.
I have AUD scheduled for April 21, and FAR for May 27 – but I’m wondering if I should push audit until July, and move REG to the 21st.
With the scores not even being released until mid August, I know there’s no rush to get them taken this quarter. But I like to enjoy my summer, so I was hoping to be able to have June and July off.
I want to get them over with – but the idea of cramming, studying really hard, and having no life only to find out I failed is awful. I don’t want to have to pay the $200 fee per test again.
I just thought if I could find somebody else who gave up their life for three months in order to get this done and over with, and passed – it would give me hope 🙂
    Thoughts anyone?

    I tried, but failed.

I used Roger and Roger only, and took all 4 parts in 2017 Q1, passed 3, failed REG.

I got 71 on the REG.

It is doable. I work 45+ hours per week.

I did not use the study plan provided by Roger, though, because I had allocated my own timeline.

I studied FAR for a month starting second week of December, 2016, BEC for 3 weeks, Audit for 12 days, and REG for 1 month.

REG was my last one, but it was in the busy season, and it was hard to find time to study.

ChicagoJess, it's fairly common for recent grads to pass all 4 parts in 3 months after graduation before starting work. Haven't seen anyone successfully pass all parts and work full-time at the same time.

Honestly only person who can say if you can do it is you. Have you taken any parts yet? Have you graduated college long ago, or just recently? Did you get your degree from a top program, or a small local school? Do you have kids, or any other commitments outside of work that might require your attention?

Lastly, not trying to offend you, but it doesn't seem like you've spend a lot of time on REG so far. Could you be underestimating the difficulty of the exams? If so, I suggest you don't go with the 3-months idea as it will just ruin your chances of passing even one section.

    AUD - passed
    REG - passed
    BEC - passed
    FAR - passed

Thanks for the replies! – I have taken & failed REG, AUD, & FAR.
REG & FAR I took without studying at all and got a 38 & 50 respectively – only took them because my NTS was expiring & I figured I paid for it why not try.
AUD I crammed for a week – 5-6 hours a day & failed with a 59 if I remember correctly – that one hurt because I was familiar with Audit and was sure, absolutely sure, that I knew the material. That was why I just spent one week studying.

I graduated 4 years ago – small school. However I was a few credits short to sit for exam so in 2014 I took 2 taxation courses. I am single, live alone, no kids, and outside of working 45-50 hours a week can do nothing but study 🙂

I have spent about 1.5 weeks in REG so far. Using Roger – I have gone through all of the taxation & ethics lectures once, and done at least 1 set of 30 MCQ out of each of the 12 sections. I am absolutely sure I am not ready to test on the 3rd – so am trying to figure out where to reschedule to. Options right now are Friday the 7th or Saturday the 15th. I am just really bummed because I will either need to move AUD (currently scheduled for 21st) to July, cram in 1.5 weeks, or start studying for AUD while reviewing REG (which does not sound like a good idea).

Passed 3 out of 4 parts in 3 months while having a full time job (45 hours per week ave). Good by nights and weekends. I did not have to take 4th since I did not need to pass it. 3 parts were REG, AUD, BEC. Used Becker and Ninja MCQ.

BEC: 5/21/14 82! PASSED HALF WAY THERE!
    FAR: 4/2/15 80! Almost there!
    AUD: 69, 74, 4/3/14 81! PASSED
    REG: TBD
