    I can't say for sure.

I can say that the CPA exam is a huge commitment. You need to be honest with yourself and you need to sit down with your significant other and make sure that you guys can handle it. I think it's definitely do-able, but you will need your support system behind you to raise a baby and pass those exams. Your situation would effect everyone differently. Only you know what you're capable of!!!

    Best of luck!

Are you working? If not, it's a perfect time to study for the exam.

If you don't start now, do you think you will have more time after the baby is born? After the baby starts walking? There will always be excuses if people look for them.

How much do you want to be a CPA?

It would be less difficult to study while pregnant than after the baby is here. Get as many sections out of the way now, begin with your most challenging one.

Once the baby comes you will likely need a commitment from someone to help you with him/her. I would have failed miserably without support from my wife, and the thought of studying with a baby seems near impossible without someone to help out.

Good luck with the baby and the CPA exam.

I had to put my studies on hold until my son was about a year old due to work and sleep making life miserable. After a year old, it helped.

I'd recommend trying to cram the test and if it doesn't work, wait.

    BEC - 80
    FAR - 81 (third attempt)
AUD - waiting for score 8/23
REG - 09/08/2016 - going to cram and wing it

I would say it's definitely doable to knock out the easier exams like BEC and AUD. But FAR and REG would be way too stressful to do while pregnant! Good luck.

    AUD - 83 (5/13/16)
    FAR - 77 (7/20/16)
    BEC - (8/12/16)
    REG - (10/15/16)

Its hard to say, if you're a laid back easygoing person having an uneventful pregnancy and feeling well theres probably no better time than now. If you have a low tolerance for stress, have been paticularly sick or tired with your pregnancy probably better to wait.

I may be in the minority here, but I would say no. I applied and ordered all my study materials and then found out I was pregnant about a month after. So, since I had my NTS, I pushed through. I took FAR, BEC and AUD all while pregnant. I took AUD while I was 36 weeks pregnant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT TO ANYONE. I did HORRIBLE. I think I might've finished AUD in an hour because it was SO HOT at Prometric that day. Needless to say, I failed with flying colors. I couldn't sit still to study to save my life. And the first trimester was the WORST because I was SO TIRED all the time. But it really just depends on your will power and personality.

I waited until my daughter was 18 months and really dove back in. I took FAR in February of this year, then REG in May, then BEC in July and passed all three. I took AUD at the end of August and made a 70. But that was probably because I was working tons of OT and I live in Louisiana and literally took AUD the week after it flooded down here. I'm reschedule to retake AUD on Tuesday.

Basically, it all depends on you and whether or not you think you can muscle through. But personally, I would never try to study while I was pregnant. It was not a good time.

    FAR - 51, 76!!!!!!!
    BEC - 65, 78!!!!!!
    AUD - 53 (Retake 8/26/16)
    REG - 67, 76!!!!!!!

Being a full time working mother of two and was pregnant when I started grad school, my advice to you is to wait until the baby is a year old. I am trying to be honest here, but it is hard enough trying to make time to study with two children 10 and 13 much less with an infant. if you try and get one section in and then take a break chances are you won't go back to it right away. I don't want to be negative or discouraging but being that I have been somewhat in your shoes I would wait until your husband is able to do more with the baby.

    BEC(8/12/16)
    AUD
    FAR
    REG
