3 years timeline for CPA license!!

Hi everyone,

I am mark and have cleared all 4 sections of CPA exam while appearing for exam in dubai. My first part of exam was cleared in nov 2015 and my last section is cleared in nov 2016, therefore just wanted to confirm that my 3 years time to get license will be counted from the day my first exam was cleared or from the date when my last exam was cleared cauz that is the day when i officially became n “authorised CPA”.

Also have mailed the state board and they gave me a 1 liner that the date you pass – is the date when the last section of you exam is cleared.
