3 Medium testlets on FAR

    Hi all,

    I took the test today, and I am panicking since I got 3 medium testlets. Does it mean I have very low chances of passing?..my simulations were alright, filled everything up with educated guesses. I can not wait for my results in 2 long weeks. Btw for people who haven’t take FAR yet, this is finally my time to contribute to the forum, I recommend going over all journal entries for bonds, equity, Non-profit , hedges, government and consolidations.

    Not sure about FAR but I got 3 medium on REG and I was thinking exactly the same thing as you after the exam. My score was just out – passed with a lower score (but still passed!). And I wasn't very confident with my simulation so don't worry.

    Can I get all medium testlets and still pass?
    Yes, but for this to happen, you would have good but not excellent performance on the
    first two testlets, and then excellent performance on the last testlet.
