I am incoming college senior and I will be taking the exams between March 2018 – July 2018. I have updated study materials for the 2017 exam, as well as Ninja Notes for the 2017 exam. Will these suffice or will I need to purchase new materials specifically for 2018?

That is more than enough. I think as you study more, you will get a better understanding of what works for you and what doesn't.

Review material providers usually update their course in the next year. So if you have Becker and it is not expired will give you updated materials. The courses that are valid until you pass will give you updated materials. If you are purchasing updated materials it should be indicated what materials are updated for the current year.
