2016/2017 Changes

Hi all. Could someone fill me in on the changes occurring this and next year? As I understand it, the changes will be as follows:

2016 – A new type of Document Review SIM will be added to FAR/AUD/REG

2017 – REG and BEC will be more difficult and now 4 hour exams. Are any other sections affected?

Is this correct? Are the 2017 changes effective 1/1/17 or when?
