18 MONTH WINDOW EXTENSION GRANTED

Has anyone else had been granted a window extension from their state board and had trouble with NASBA crediting it?

MY FAR was set to expire on 7/31 and needed window extension due to the delayed Q2 score release. My state board (Minnesota) granted me the window extension to December 31st. And I just passed BEC at the beginning of September! Finished!! But NASBA is not so quick to update my dashboard and it is showing that I ‘lost credit’ for FAR. I have tried and tried and tried with multiple emails and voice messages to contact the MN coordinator at NASBA and she will not get back to me – it’s very frustrating and I’m starting to get anxious. Needless to say, I would like it to be official that I am finished with the CPA exams.

It would be nice to hear if anyone has had a similar experience and how it played out.
