Massachusetts 252 CMR 2.07(2): Effective 5/19/2017 states you must pass all 4 exams in 18 months starting from the date you take & pass the first exam.
NASBA CPAES for Massachusetts candidates has been counting 18 months starting from the end of the month of the date you take & pass the first exam.
Has anyone else run into this issue? I tried researching, but I’m unable to find the regulation that 252 CMR 2.07(2) superseded. I checked with MA state board, the lady at the office cited the new regulation, but my first exam was taken 7/1/2016, so I don’t believe it would fall under the new regulation.
