    I always though that the % of CPAs vs Accountants who are not CPAs was around 30%, but it seems to be a lot less now.

    I was just explaining that to someone a few days ago. We don't have many cpa's in my city either and if you do have one you're blessed and people treat you like you're the golden child.

    I was under the impression that the percentage of people who eventually pass the CPA exam is 80% who start. I guess I was wrong. Or I am overestimating the amount of people who try to get it.
