    What are some strategies to determining your market value in terms of salary? I’ve looked at glassdoor and salary posts on going concern, but don’t trust those sources at all. I’ve also looked at the Robert Half salary guide, but even find that suspect.

    Any suggestions on other ways to gauge your market value?
