Hello,

I just bought Yaeger CPA review this week. Personal situation, I asked them to refund. (I do not even get the books and material yet). They told me there is no refund policy and can make exception for me but only 796. I paid 1096. They charge me 300 dollars for shipping and return fee. I will return it so there is no cost and shipping through UPS is around 20-30box as I know. Is it possible I can get right refund amount? I know I may not get full refund, but I think 300 is too much for cancel the order.

anyone knows? Also, I did not see any refund policy on their website or on the confirmation email. They may list somewhere though..

please let me know if anyone knows about this…

I am not sure of what Yaeger's refund policy is but I know a while back I ordered Roger and i decided to return it. They charged me for the shipping of the materials and also charge me a restocking fee. Which I believe they had that out right on their website so I knew I was going to get charged.

I have always had a good experience with Yaeger. Maybe you can call them and explain that you are a poor CPA exam candidate and if there is any way they can charge you less than the $300. I did a google search and I saw where on another website that yaeger has a no refund policy. Ask, the least they can say is no. Good luck!

Add a product to your cart and checkout (after signing in). On the billing and payment information page right above the ‘Next Step – Review Order' is a grey box. The first line is “All sales are final, no refunds.”

I agree $300 is excessive, especially since you didn't receive any materials yet. But by purchasing the product you agreed to the terms. Good luck.
