What do you think is the worst score anyone has ever actually received on a section? The AICPA states that it’s a range from 0-99. I’ve heard of people getting 99, but has anyone really been given a score of 0? If you answered the MCQ randomly, and left the SIMs blank, would you really even get a 0? What’s the lowest score anyone out there has personally received?

I got a 35 in BEC before there was a WC section. I actually sort of tried too (didn't study a lot, but didn't blow through the test either)

REG - 65, 70, 80!
BEC - 35, 62, 79!
AUD - 73, 75!
FAR - 65, 73, 70, 75! DONE.

I purchased an NTS once planning to take REG in January before the busy season started. It didn't work out because of 1,000 excuses. Then busy season was crazy (my first year being a senior) and I completely forgot about it. After my last audit engagement was wrapped up, I was cleaning my desk and found the NTS. It was going to expire in two days. I didn't even open a book, did not watch lecture, and didn't work on MCQ at all. And hated taxes in college. I decided to go in anyway just see what REG is like. My score was 17. I don't count it as an attempt because i knew going in I had absolutely no chance but didn't want the money to go to waste.

The lowest score I've gotten was a 54 on BEC in 2010 when I wasn't taking the exam seriously. But as other people have said my 74 in BEC and AUD were much worse. I'm pretty sure I've seen someone on here say they got a grade in the teens.

37 on FAR only had a few weeks to study then Sandy hit but the testing site got power back before my exam so I couldnt schedule. worst exam ever.
