I am scheduled to take AUD on 1/18. I noticed a lot of thread mentioning AUD so I thought why not create a thread to support each other. Personally, I am very nervous about this one even tho the topic is easy. I’ve heard it is the silent killer.

Please provide your exam date and let us know your thoughts after the exam. I’m sure many of us will be awaiting for score after Feb 7th.

I am thinking to take it either at the end of January or after a week or two on Feb since the score release day will be the same, so I do not want to risk my chances of passing the exam and I want to be 100% sure of passing it before taking it.

To be honest, I think audit is sooooooo much easier than the other three sections but what keeps me worry that this is the last window before the new exam and it is my last exam so I don't want to be too confident and fail!

Enough71: What study material are you currently using and do you think it prepared you for the exam? You mentioned you were not prepared. Mind elaborating?

Morgan: Your exam date is very close to mine. I think a month of study is enough for AUD.

Sulai: I wish I was in your boat. I'm trying to wrap up REG as well so I have no choice but to take aUD this month. Wish I have more time to study.

Taking AUD I hope my last exam on 1/30. The best advice for this exam is READ EVERY QUESTION LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!!
It's is really not too hard as long as you read carefully. Slap your self when you fell like falling asleep 🙂 (AUD tends to put me to sleep)

i took audit last window using ninja mcq and ninja notes alone and prepped for only 3 weeks (i was dumb and bought 3 exams so i had to squeeze them in before they expire) and plan on retaking end of January. Reading the question carefully is crucial! you guys think just hammering Ninja MCQ this time around would be a good strategy?

I am scheduled to retake the AUD exam on 1/27/16. My first time at this test was in December and I was comparable in the MCQ and weaker in the SIMS. As you can see, I was able to get a 67 on the test, although I believe I deserved that score. So, I am erased all the data in Wiley and Ninja to redo everything. Now, I have 19 days left until the exam, I have purchased the 10 point combo from Ninja. I read the Ninja book, taken about 1300 MCQ and read the Ninja notes twice, rewrote the Ninja notes, listening to Ninja Audio to and from work (30 min drive), and watched the blitz and Ninja plus videos.

I am currently averaging 77 and trending 84. I still feel like I am not where I need to be. I just do not know how else to study. Any methods used to study will be appreciated.

After studying AUD for 3 weeks now, I'm beginning to figure out why so many people flunk. The material is easy but the amount of detail you have to remember is more than other exams. When you have to remember every little tedious word from the reports and etc, you can't just skim through or rely on mastering the multiple choice practice questions. I think bc the material is so easy they have to make the exam difficult as possible. Throw in one word that will throw off the whole answer.

I took it on 1/3 so I too will be waiting for scores on February 7. I didn't feel so bad afterwards but a lot of questions had me thinking on which one was the “most right” answer. Hopefully it works in my favor!

    Best of luck to you!

I am taking by AUD test on 1/27. I have seen all questions once and have about 250 questions that I have not answered correctly. Although, I have a trending score of 84 and a average score of 76. No matter how hard I try I CAN NOT get the average score up. Is it even possible since it is from the beginning of using the program?? I have been doing fairly well with my MCQ ranging from 80-95. EHhh, I might go back to Wiley, Ninja is frustrating me a bit!

Ralph: Do you have access to online book for the material you're using. I don't think homework questions alone will work for AUD.

MPerez; I'm currently using Becker. Not sure if the material is sufficient but I did get to compare the questions with that of Wiley and I have to say Becker questions are more superior as far as “quality”. My friend is using Wiley so I was able to take a glimpse n compare. Just my opinion based on my learning style.

Jennifer: It's hard to tell with AUD. Hope you pass!!

@Goingallin yes, i also have Roger's material – in which i reference the book from time to time. I've done most of my sessions using ninja MCQ only. This time around im getting a better grasp on the material while going thru the MCQ. I was comparable on sims, but the MCQ killed me.

I retook AUD today ( failed AUD last month with a 72- about 120 hours study, restudied 50 hours the last 2 weeks).
The last time, I didn’t notice the difference level between testlet (Med-Med-Med). This time, I think it is Med-Hard-Mid (the 3rd testlest I feel it is even easier than the first testlet).
I’m sure about 2 SIMS. The other 5 SIMS, I did my best.
    I move to REG now.

I am curious to see what others think about their sims. I would say two of my sims weren't really audit and were more like FAR or a hybrid or audit/far

Good luck to those who has already taken the exam. I'm even more nervous now than ever after reading all the comments. I feel that I am ready but you never know until you see the exam.

Looks like we're all on the same boat. I will be studying for REG right after AUD. Hoping to schedule 2nd week of March so I could get 7 weeks of study in.
