    Hi,

I am debating between Becker and Roger. I also plan to purchase the Wiley CPA Exam Review books. If there is any else out there better than these, please advise. I am not studious. My concentration level is very low. But, I want the designation. It’s mainly for myself (and maybe for my dad… he keeps asking me) and not necessarily for a better job. Without a CPA, I am already earning as much as one with a CPA. A recruiter said, I make too much for not having a CPA. I was appalled!!! How dare he questions my ability. Then, I asked, how much more will I earn if I was a CPA. Funny thing, I would make the same. I did get my CFE recently. The exam was not difficult. I dread the thought studying for the CPA. I am sure it is extremely difficult. I am now in my 40s. Who knows why I waited so long? I plan to start studying for the exam in 2016 if I can muster myself up to even begin. I hear, it is at the least, a year long process.

    Thanks in advance. Cheers!

    There's a gazillion similarly-titled threads on here…just do a quick search.

I wouldn't even start shopping for a course until you have your NTS in hand.

    Enjoy life until then.
