Hi Guys,

I feel like I am stuck in the middle, meaning that I am overqualified as staff accountant but light on experience for a senior. I do mostly transactional work and participate in month end. I am unable to get any additional month end work from the company as there are certain things they don’t want me to see and do. Also my day to day is already full. I would like to gain experience to feel comfortable taking on a senior role elsewhere. Question is what are some good sources for this?
