Hi all,
I asked a question on the Ninja MCQ forum, no one answered.
Then, I used “ask Jeff, and it takes longer time since he’s getting tons of emails everyday. So, I tried to click on the Ninja Help Desk, but it led me to this Rhino support website, which I have to purchase the Ninja product first to log in to ask a question.Now, where else can I ask a question?
Here is my question, if anyone who purchased the product already can answer, I would appreciate it.Thank you!

I’ve tried the sample MCQs and SIMS for FAR, and the calculator icon on the top left didn’t work. Whenever I clicked it, nothing happened. Excel icon in the SIMs worked, when I clicked the excel icon, the excel window popped up, but the calculator didn’t.Was it because I was doing the trials? If I purchase the product, will it be fixed?
I’m using it thorough Safari on MacBook.
Also, do you provide audio files for both Mac and Window? I have both Mac and android devices, and I want to listen to the audio on both of them.
