For those of you who have passed the CPA exam, what did you move onto next? Perhaps you were onto another certification. Maybe you started learning a new language. I feel like I have so much free time now that I’m done with the exam. So please share what life is like beyond the CPA.

I'm trying to figure that out now lol… I have spent the last three years pursuing my Masters first and then the CPA. For now, I'm enjoying the holidays with my family and taking the ethics course/exam. Not yet sure what 2016 holds for me…I am usually in my element if I'm pursuing some intellectual challenge. I already have my CIA and not sure I want any others.

Being English my second languages, I will take some class with my American hubby for writing and speaking in English as professional level. He is the best teacher.

I will focus from now on to teach my kids and husband Spanish. I want a formal education in Spanish for my kids and make my husband be able to speak and understand Spanish when I am not next to him. 100% family time!!!!

    Enjoy life!!

The week I got my final passing grade, I got a puppy.
I recently got a new car.
This is the first holiday season in years that I will not be studying (I too did MBA first, then CPA).
I plan on enjoying every minute of it!!

Hopefully next year will be full of traveling and maybe finally getting to that family starting thing I keep putting off; need to find a BF first though… yikes. I think I'd rather take the CPA exam again! just kidding. I'd definitely rather take a few Masters classes though…

My carrot for finishing the exams is to get a new car. I'm planning on a roomy Lexus.

As for post-exam activities, I'm planning on resuming hand tool woodworking and reading books for fun.

LOL, interesting how many people put their sexual plans on hold during the CPA exam.

This could be a dating site business idea: for recent CPA exam takers only, because they're horny as heck.

ohiostategirlcpa – Here's how A71 dating site will work :

You will have a set of 3 profile listing. Each listing will contain either 24 or 30 profiles. In order to move onto the next profile list you must hit the “Exit” button to move to the next profile listing. During that time you have the option of taking a break.

Once you go through each 3 profile list you then select the “Profile you want to match with.”

You will then move to a Set of 6-8 Similations to determine if you are a match with the person on their profile.

Once you have finished and exited the dating program, you will be prompted to take a survey.

You can use the Authorative Literature feature (Background Check, Work History, etc.) to check on the profile of the person.
