What would you expect to be asked on a third interview at a public firm?

I have a little over a week to prepare for my 3rd interview with a Big10 firm.

The first was with a recruiter, the second was with a senior manager … both were by phone.

I don’t have too many details about this next one, but it is in office. I have a feeling it will be with the director.

What would be your best guess as to the type of questions I will be asked? I want to be prepared!

    TIA!

Probably going to be with a partner and/or a director. Depending on if you are right out of school, then probably a lot of behavioral questions. If you are an experienced higher probably a combo of behavioral and technical questions.

It is for an entry-level position. So far the interviews have been very laid back and conversational. I think the senior manager really liked me. We had a lot to talk about and she felt that I possessed a good amount of knowledge about the role.

I too believe that this will be with the director and/or partner (leaning more towards director). I hope that they provide some information about the people I will interview with so I can try to gather some background information!

Find out what you can with the people you interview with. I do agree that it's prob with a partner. Have a lot of good questions for him and ABOUT the firm.

Be prepared to explain your grades if there are any low ones.

    Be very enthusiastic.

Have really good questions (I stress this because I think that's how I got my job.)

Yeah for my entry level position out of college, I had 3 in-office interviews, one with a partner, one with a manager and one with HR. Just have a few stories that you can go through for when you were a leader, when you worked in a group situation and when you had a problem in a group situation and how you addressed it. I don't know if this is a given, but make sure you can talk for a few seconds about each thing on your Resume. Smile, make eye contact and give a nice firm hand shake and the job is all yours. GOOD LUCK! Let us know how it goes.
