I have been following the posts here and It really helps to hear everyone’s view. I am going to start with FAR in May 2016 and I have decided to buy the silver wiley review course. But I have heard some good stuff about ninja notes and mcqs as well. But I don’t want to spend extra money since I don’t work and focusing on my study right now. So, what is the best combo with wiley cpexcel?

You should at least purchase Ninja MCQ. I have the Wiley test bank and it is good for staying in sync with the Wiley books but Ninja MCQ is the hands down best MCQ set.

Jasleen, I wouldn't rush into buying any additional materials before diving into Wiley. You may very well be comfortable with Wiley alone. All these review courses are designed to help you pass and should (theoretically) be self-sufficient. Once you have a better feel for what study methods work best for you and what your weak areas are, you can make a more educated choice as to what additional materials you need (if any).

I am a Ninja advocate all the way. However, since you are tight money I would say get CPAexcel and start studying. Once you have gone through all the questions at least twice if you still feel you need more questions then purchase the Ninja MCQs. I think one of the problems you face being o the forum and reading everyone's reviews you end up buying everything under the sun. Trust me I know this because I purchased Becker, Yaeger and Roger. I never got around to go through all review course. I have now stuck to Roger and use Ninja MCQs because Rogers questions are fairly new and his platform still has hiccups. And I just love the layout of the Ninja questions and the price.

A lot of people have passed with using just one review course and not supplementing.

    AUD - 73, 72 retake 7/2/2016
    BEC - 8/20/2016
    REG - TBD
    FAR - TBD

I am so ready for this nightmare to be over. Been at this way too long.

I know…I think it's your study method and determination that pays off at the end…regardless of which review course you use..!! But on second thought I also think that practice is gonna help me a lot..!! I know there are deals on flashcards for Ninja…but is there any special discounts for mcqs as well?

Jasleen, I think once you start studying you'll realize how time-consuming the process is, even if you're only using just one review course. Might be different for you, but I've purchased Ninja MCQs for REG and never got to use them once since I just didn't have time to even finish Becker.

Ninja's MCQs are very cheap (I believe I've paid $47?), so it doesn't get much lower than that.
