I only have one more class to go and it is an accounting class, I am taking it online through University of Phoenix. The thing is I am also studying for REG which is my last CPA exam. Basically I want to know what grade would be considered adequate to suffice the 150 requirement, just a passing grade? a 70 because it’s an accounting class or something else?

I only ask because in prioritizing the class and REG I am putting REG first, so I want to find that perfect balance between the two.

Just shoot to get the highest possible score in both your class and the exam. When people start focusing on what is just enough to get by, is when they usually fall short and fail. There's no reason you can't pull off a great grade in your class and pass the exam.
