bored. suffering through blaw and just spending time looking at subaru wrx’s. As an accountant I always search for the best VALUE and it seems to be a clear winner…..to a 23 year old.

    My “whip”

I currently drive a 2006 ford taurus SEL…..Leather, aftermarket deck, speakers, and subwooofffff. Just rolled over 111,111 miles. She has taught me a lot about car maintenance and has held up well, having an engineer do it yourself handy man as a father definitely helped too.

    My want

Looking at getting 2013 wrx end of next year as the phase out this body style. Hatchback, Dark silver grey with tinted windows.

2011 Chevrolet Equinox… I'll still be driving it in 5 years as long as nothing happens to it. I don't have kids yet, but I bought a car that was nice and big to be kid-friendly =]

AWD!! In reality I want a nice 5.0 stang but I live in the Midwest so I need to get around half the year when it's snowing(but wait global warming is here and we don't have any snow) I have had an interest in cars ever since I was a kid but can't afford anything and have been dealing with what I have been given. My first car was a grand marquis and she was big comfy and a blast in the snow. Also drove a ford aerostar for a while, was not a fan of that thing haha

I drive a Kia Soul… basically for the same reason as Chantel. It's very dog & kid friendly.

But what I really want is a Camaro. 🙂

I would like to get a toyota tacoma whenever the element dies but I doubt that will be until 175k+ on the element.

I like this topic…I just got an 04 S10 4×4 for winter. My husband essentially confiscated my Silverado. I love love love trucks. 1st one was a Tacoma but it was part of the recall, I cried a little the day they took it away lol. But as I was searching for my used, less than $10k truck I kept remembering Olinto talking about how I should be driving a lambo or something crazy expensive. I also have an Accord that I inherited, never would have bought a Honda but it is pretty nice to have, great gas mileage and the smoothest shifter I've ever had. Anyway, just passed the exams a month ago so I figure when the S10 is beat I will purchase my first almost new truck so I can feel like a “real” CPA. 😛

2012 Impreza! I love it. I've also owned an 06 Legacy. Loved that too. I'd like to stick to Subaru for the foreseeable future. Maybe when I get a huge raise one day, I'll move onto bigger and better things.

I drive an '05 Mazda Miata. It's a really great car, and I plan on keeping this car til it falls apart! But after this, I am interested in the Subaru Impreza hatchback (I don't think I need the WRX version though). I always admire the Imprezas when I see them driving down the street. They aren't very common. I couldn't believe it when I clicked on this thread and you actually mentioned the WRX! Too cool.

I drive a Toyota Tacoma, and I've made good use of the bed. I need a better commuting car, though. My family all drive Subaru Outbacks, Foresters, etc…but I'd like to get something of the German persuasion. Someday….

I drive a 2007 Nissan Versa. It's been a great car for the last 5 and a half years. I'm dying for something with heated seats though and have been eyeing the Lexus CT200h. But it's painful to think about having a car payment again…

Right now, a 2013 Mazda 3 i Sport. In 5 years, hopefully the same car (assuming I don't have any major mechanical problems). The car's been great so far. I don't think I'll ever spend more than $20,000 on a car, even if I eventually make bank. Partners in CPA firms spend money on exotic cars to make up for the fact that they're fat and have small penises.
