I looked at the Galaxy tablet when I was shopping. I like it, a lot. But I have an iPhone so it made sense for me to get the iPad(it was the new one last year this time of year). Personally I have never had any issues with all my iPhones, but my boyfriend had terrible time with his. It is always possible to get a bad phone/tablet no matter who you get it from.

I love my Nexus 7. Nice size. I used it to watch Roger Videos. It isn't compatible with Wiley TB, but you can get the Wiley TB app and that works fine. I also stream Netflix on it. Overall, its a good size to slip in your purse and battery life is good.

We have an iPad mini and a Kindle Fire. We like the iPad better. The Kindle Fire doesn't get much use, it is “old” at 1.5 years old… Crazy! I like the mini for watching my CPA review videos, surfing the net, etc. but I'm soo annoyed/bummed that I haven't been able to use the WTB on it. If the surface would allow that I'd go with it over the iPad.
