What is the book for beginner user of Oracle

    I am accountant in a large size healthcare company. Our company use Oracle for accounting. I am a really beginner, have no experience of Oracle. My job responsibility is reconciliations, review of coding, and providing information for accounting reports. Can any body recommend a Oracle book for me. I really need catch up on Oracle skill. I use IPM Oracle to review invoice. A book cover this part would be better. Thanks!
