What do you do to freshen up to study at work after work

    When you get all work done and your senior leaves the office, what are your ways to be fresh and start studying given that you woke up at 8 and have been working non stop from 9 to 6….. 😀

    For me I just get some snacks from the vending machine and sometimes walk around the block..
