    Can you practice public accounting overseas? Like in Europe or Middle East?

    I am from the gulf and worked in PwC for few years… When you say practice, do you mean opening your own CPA firm? or if the CPA is valuable in Industry and so on?? Did you get your OPT yet? I am just applying for it for now as I haven't finished my masters yet..
