[I Too Shall Pass]

So I thought I would add a light post so we can think about all the good things that will come to us once we pass the cpa exam… It’s supposed to help you to think positively and envision yourself passing, so what do you see in your future?

Mine: Can’t wait to pass the cpa exam and stop carrying my computer, book, and a million highlighters everywhere I go!

I don't use Becker…but that stuff I imagine is heavily tested, so I don't know why Becker had it as ancillary material..I hope it still does so I can do better than all the Backers…hahaha

Haha yeah well I remember when I took the exam I was a little wary of the fact that over 100 pages of the book was designated as ancillary material because it seemed semi-important. But I suppose that's just the way Becker organizes their material. What study materials are you using? Are you supplementing with anything else?

I bought CPAExcel through my university for like $600 for the whole thing about a year ago when I graduated. The supplements I use are the Ninja Notes and the SIMS from CPAReviewForFree,,

Doing whatever I want, whenever I want and not feeling guilty that I should be studying. Being able to see my friends and family more and just enjoying life!! I will also get back into shape. Sitting at a desk at work all day and then sitting around all night studying is hell!!!

Well I took what is hopefully my last one Monday and I've got my wedding next wejekend (hopefully after seeing a passing score) and then Sandals Jamaica for 8 nights with my new wife, being 22 and doing the exam has been awful, so I've got a few months of drinking to catch up on.

P.S. coming home from work and doing nothing but having dinner with my fiance has been awesome.

Back in the day (i.e. before I started studying for this thing), I use to take pride in my house, and enjoy keeping it looking nice. I walked into the kitchen this morning, and just got depressed. Nothing is grossly dirty, but my house is a messy wreck. Everything is half-done. I really look forward to being able to have time that is really mine, both so I can actually relax on my down time rather than feeling guilty, and so I can feel like I've been able to take care of my house again.
