[I Too Shall Pass]

So I thought I would add a light post so we can think about all the good things that will come to us once we pass the cpa exam… It’s supposed to help you to think positively and envision yourself passing, so what do you see in your future?

Mine: Can’t wait to pass the cpa exam and stop carrying my computer, book, and a million highlighters everywhere I go!

I'll spend few hours screaming of joy and crying (happy tears). Then I'll watch mindless T.V, learn how to cook, go to gym, take a vacation and find a job.

I'll also hang out more with family and friends…I have no social life.

I can't imagine the feeling of being DONE.

I am looking forward to spending time with my kids and not feeling guilty about it. My oldest son is out on his own and there are times that he will stop by for a visit and all I can think about is how I need to study. My other kids that are still at home will come into the kitchen where I study and want to talk and I feel like I am always rushing them through what they want to say so I can get back to studying. I am tired of being that kind of mom. I also want to clean my bedroom and my laundry room. That is pretty lame but I am looking forward to doing that this week!

I just had to add to this since it reminded me this morning when Harry Potter was on ABC Family and instead of watching it I had to go to the library and study. As soon as I'm done with these exams I'm having a week of not leaving my couch and I plan on watching all 8 of the Harry Potter movies, the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, and the entire “The Big Bang Theory” season. Can't waittttt.

Reading this thread… And just remembered that I have some books still around. Those are going to the recycling bin in few minutes.

How are the weekends after the CPA… Well, yesterday I woke up wanting to go to the beach, so we did. We spent 3 hours at Hollywood Beach, FL. Then bought something to eat, came home for a shower and a 2 hour nap….then out again for few hours. Today…….just at home 😉
