Hi Virginia Residents,

I have applied to the VBOA to retake BEC twice on December 18th, 2015 and again on December 22, 2015 in the hopes of getting my payment coupon from NASBA so i can retake my exam this month. However, i have yet to get anything back although they say it can take up to 4-5 business days. Between December 18th and now, im sure its well over 4-5 business days and I have yet to get my payment coupon. Am i missing a step in the process? Is anyone else in the same boat?
