    I thought this video was interesting. Wish I’d learned about it about 8 months ago. Basically, studying the same topic repeatedly on a continuing basis isn’t the most efficient way to memorize or learn. It’s actually more efficient if allow ourselves to forget a little about a topic before we study it again.
