PA requires 1600 hours and 1 year experience. I have 1500 hours & 10 months from a CPA firm (half audit, half tax), so I needed 100 hours & 2 months from an internship I did in accounts payable for an industry where my supervisor was a licensed PA CPA to qualify. My application went to the board today for review of the experience, everything else is completed and approved.
Has anyone used some industry experience under a CPA and did it end favorable for you (i.e. you have a license now haha)?
