Hello another71’ers.
I recently got licensed in VA and have since moved to FL. Due to education restrictions, I wont be getting my license transferred down to FL for some time.
I am working at a small CPA firm and have a client that has an issue that will require us to prepare a power of attorney to discuss with the IRS.
I dont use the CPA designation and don’t sign returns down here since I haven’t transferred to a FL CPA yet…but does anyone know if I can still use the CPA designation on the POA? I’ve contacted FL but they said they cant tell me and i have to submit an official request which can take weeks to receive a response.
Anyone experience a similar issue or have any ideas?
