It has come to my attention that most people have not a clue about State Unclaimed Property. Just about every state has unclaimed property on their website. Just for grins I put Jeff’s name in on the OK website and BAM! His name popped up a few times, and they may be for him or not. Go to your state website, look up your name, and post if you found missing MONEY! Just Google “State Name” Unclaimed Property and you should find it. Happy Hunting!!!

Also, if your company does not have a policy about this you should consider starting one. I did and found $30K in 15 different states for my company. Could make you look pretty good to your employers. 🙂 $30K to the bottom line from back office operations is pretty sweet
