To allow OR not to all

My job offered to reimburse me for passed exams. I’m wondering if I should allow them to do this or not. I didn’t have to sign anything, however I’m hesitant. I think they may come back and request that I stay longer if I allow them to do this. What do you think?

I'm tired of operating in fear and mediocrity. It's time to try. It's time to do. It's time to go.

Let them but don't spend it! Take it and put it somewhere you can earn interest on it BUT you can still get your hands on it at short notice.

If you decide to leave worst case is they'll ask for it back (they can't force you to stay) and at least you will have earned a bit of change on it in the meantime……….

IF you don't have to sign anything or verbally agree to stay a certain amount of time I'd take it and not look back

My work paid be for my exams, and I did not have to sign a pledge to work there for any amount of time. I, personally, wouldn't let them pay for it if I had the intention of leaving right after I received the CPA. If you don't have any intention of leaving immediately, let them pay for it.

Thanks, everyone! I plan to stay for a while, however you never know what may come your way. I just don't want to be restricted from exploring potential future opportinities.
