Those of you in tax (Section 199?)

    Anyone dealt with section 199 in regards to contract manufacturers and and their clients? Just curious as to how you’ve seen the two parties handle who takes the section 199. I’ve read a lot about the rules regarding this and it looks like whoever bears the burden of ownership is able to take the credit. Obviously, only one party can take the credit.
