So last Friday I got my last passing score. I e-mailed the whole firm all excited (we are a small/medium firm). Next thing I see is that my administrator is trying to order new business cards for me and my IT admin took it upon himself to change my e-mail singature pane (which I do not see as it gets added automatically) to reflect my new designation. I freaked out and told them to stop right away as I have not applied for the actual license yet, and from what I remember at a NJ ethics class, it’s serious violation to hold oneself as a CPA without the actual license in hand. Am I overreacting?
